Museum of Bad Art
The Museum of Bad Art (MOBA) is a privately owned museum whose stated aim is "to celebrate the labor of artists whose work would be displayed and appreciated in no other forum". It has two branches, one in Dedham, Massachusetts, and the other in nearby Somerville. Its permanent collection includes 500 pieces of "art too bad to be ignored", 25 to 35 of which are on public display at any one time.
MOBA was founded in 1994, after antique dealer Scott Wilson showed a painting he had recovered from the trash to some friends, who suggested starting a collection. Within a year, receptions held in Wilson's friends' home were so well-attended that the collection required its own viewing space. The museum moved to the basement of a theater in Dedham. Explaining the reasoning behind the museum's establishment, co-founder Jerry Reilly said in 1995: "While every city in the world has at least one museum dedicated to the best of art, MOBA is the only museum dedicated to collecting and exhibiting the worst." To be included in MOBA's collection, works must be original and have serious intent, but they must also have significant flaws without being boring; curators are not interested in displaying deliberate kitsch.

Hutten Palast (Caravan Palace)
Crazy project by a group of friends from Berlin, Germany, urban camping under a roof! To achieve this, they recovered an old factory in Neukolln, having renovated the hangar, they set out to transform it into a hotel by installing old caravans and mobile homes. Called Hutten Palast, which can translate to "Caravan Palace", you will sleep in the privacy of your caravan, while sharing common areas under a roof. The furniture and decor were also hunted by the owners. The hotel also has a terrace garden and a cafe restaurant.
Bar Owner Buys Entire Texas Town, Renames It “Bikinis, TX”
The man behind the Texas-based Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill chain of eateries -- so named for its servers' barely-there attire -- has purchased an entire abandoned town off Craigslist and named it after the restaurant, all with the goal of transforming the ghost town into a tourist destination.
Apparently, the town that is to become this flip-cup and beer pong pilgrimage site had been known as Bankersmith, TX, and is located west of Austin and northwest of San Antonio.
"There are currently a lot of trees and hills and that's about it," writes Austin Culturemap about the site.
The man behind Bikinis, TX, says the town he envisions "will be a world-class destination, and I am thrilled to expand the Bikinis brand to include town ownership... There could not be a better way to put Bikinis on the map…literally."
For his sake, we hope this goes over better than Hooters Air, a failed attempt to tie that restaurant chain's brand to a business model that relies on more than selling beer and wings

Evolutionary Mystery: New Fish species discovered in Vietnam with Penis on its Head
A new species of fish with a penis on its head has been identified in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam, researchers said.
Phallostethus Cuu Long is the newest member of the Phallostethidae family small fish found in Southeast Asian waters that are distinguished primarily by the positioning of the male sexual organ.
Male phallostethids have a copulatory organ, termed the priapium, under the throat for holding or clasping onto females and fertilising their eggs internally, according to conservationists.
"We have scientifically identified a new penis-head fish in Vietnam," researcher Tran Dac Dinh from Can Tho University told.
The fish was known to Vietnamese people in the Mekong Delta but had not been described scientifically before a team identified the species last year, he said.
