Giant Paint Splash Sculpture by Tomas Misura

Tomas Misura is a professional blacksmith with a Czech-Slovakian background. He has created many artworks using his skill as a blacksmith, creating old metals in to old style European artworks and then brings them to other countries to spread that style. He has won many awards for his metal work shown in his artworks including five Australian Ferrier’s and Blacksmithing Championships. Tomas Misura was a graduate from The School of Artistic Crafts, Bratislava, Slovakia and then continued studying under Professor Alfred Habermann. So he has been creating from a very young age and travelling the world presenting his artworks now living in Australia and a Bondi local.

This year's Sculpture by the Sea at Bondi Beach begins on October 24 and runs through November 10. Looking forward to seeing what crazy and cool works artists have in store for us.
